To Whom It May Concern,    I met Andy Everson at our company, Ahlstrom, in Windsor Locks, Connecticut just a short time ago. I would like to share my gratitude for his assistance in the short period of time that I've interacted with him.    First of all, I am on the bottom rung of the ladder concerning decision-making. I am, and have been, a pipe fitter here for 18 years, employed by the company for 30 years. I have called on Andy for technical help at least 4 or 5 times. He has always made himself available, whether we spoke "on or off the clock". He is enthusiastic about his job, and he lives up to the Armstrong motto, "Knowledge not Shared is Energy wasted!".    Andy has readily assisted me with a water hammer problem that I was experiencing on a condensate return line. He also helped me get to the bottom of the cause of a 75# steam main break. Most recently, Andy presented an excellent seminar on steam and condensate and steam traps that was most helpful to everyone in attendance, myself included.    About a week or so ago, I contacted Andy and asked him to stop by, at his convenience, to discuss several issues. I was using an Armstrong PRV and was installing a drip leg and trap setup straight out of the Armstrong manual. We reviewed the setup I made and went on to one or two other chronic problems in my area of our mill. Every time Andy comes by, I stand to learn a little more about steam and condensate and steam systems.    With the economy the way that it is, and downsizing, I have to be as proficient as I possibly can be due to a shortage of manpower. Each job has to be done right the first time, energy saving, but most importantly, it MUST be done correctly from a safety standpoint. I have utmost confidence that I can count on Andy Everson to be at the other end of the phone, fax, or e-mail, ready to assist anytime. He is a tremendous asset to me and my fellow pipe fitters/steamfitters. He should be recognized as such. I would like to comment on the excellent service you have given us to work out our problems. As you know, we have had many professionals working on this to troubleshoot and correct the problems we were having that made the system inoperable. The systematic approach you took to identify our problem was above and beyond my expectations.

 I am writing to thank you for your recent steam presentation here at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center.  As usual your presentation was very professional and loaded with useful information that the Medical Center employees enjoyed and could use in their day to day work activities.  The cut through steam traps, valves, etc. were very effective in understanding the proper operation of each device.
