I would like to comment on the excellent service you have given us to work out our problems. As you know, we have had many professionals working on this to troubleshoot and correct the problems we were having that made the system inoperable. The systematic approach you took to identify our problem was above and beyond my expectations.

As usual your presentation was very professional and loaded with useful information that the Medical Center employees enjoyed and could use in their day to day work activities.
